With today being World Health Day I wanted to highlight a hospital I support, the Obizi People Medical Center (OPMC) in Imo State Nigeria.

You have likely seen the hashtag #HealthForAll a lot today. It is a rallying cry for equity in health access embraced by organizations across the world. We must recognize the rural hospitals, like OPMC, that make this concept achievable. Their absence would mean people have to travel longer distances for basic care or be deprived of timely life saving medical services.

These hospitals need our support to continue their work.
